- A 3000 square foot state-of-the-art laboratory for pre-testing ingredients and monitoring product quality.
- Manufacturing equipment with a blending capacity of approximately 500,000 kilos/week.
- Specific machinery for producing a range of nutritional products from soft gels to energy drinks; from tablets to capsules. Vitakem has the capacity to produce about 4 billion capsules and 10 billion tablets annually.

- Formulation services with experts who can help transform basic formulation ideas into viable products.
- Diligent Quality Assurance (QA) officers who use internal auditing and other standard procedures to monitor production. This ensures that Vitakem products not only are produced according to good manufacturing practices (GMPs), but also go beyond this to meet additional standards of excellence.
