A quick overview of the procedures undertaken by Vitakem
Client Advertises and Sells the Product ------------> Client Collects the Payment from Advertiser -----------> Client submits complete information on the order transaction till 10:00 AM in Vitakem’s Template -----------------> Vitakem then ships the individual order received by 5 pm of the same day------------------------------> A complete report is emailed to the client every night mentioning the details of every order with tracking numbers.

Vitakem’s Drop Shipping Charges
At Vitakem we don’t add extra shipping charges. We transfer to you our volume discount we receive from almost every major carrier.

Vitakem’s Order Tracking System
We forward a detailed report of the order via email, at the end of the day. The report would also contain a tracking number. Furthermore, there’d also be inventory report showing the quantity of drop ships for a particular day.

Vitakem’s Billing System
We bill our clients on weekly basis for fulfillment and shipping, you will be billed the difference if you did not reach the minimum at the end of the month. This would also include the applicable storage fees.

At any time, you can log onto our system and check your account details, including current inventory. Vitakem offers complete transparency with Drop Shipping Fulfillment Program. We allow the clients to gain round the clock access to our system in order to check the status of your inventory and drop shipping.
