A: We are capable of handling bulk orders, also order's of at least 500 bottles of powder, capsules, or tablets, and 12,000 bottles of liquid.

Q: Do you charge any kind of manufacturing set up fee over and above the core manufacturing of the raw materials?
A: Certainly Not! The prices that are quoted to you also include manufacturing setup fees.

Q: What would be the total cost incurred in creating labels for my product?
A: We have the technology and the know how to design international standard labels, with a cost of $55 per hour. We also provide you with the facility to print your labels. In this case we'd charge from you plate charge, and this is one-time fee. This fee is charged because one plate is needed for every color, and the cost of each plate comes out to be $50. Please be informed that this fee is subject to change, depending on the service fee charged by our printer. Furthermore, you'd only pay for the new plates, should you go for any changes in your label designs in between the runs.

Q: I have created artwork and now I want to get it printed. Which format should I deliver to you?
A: Usually we accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files along with all the respective fonts. However, in case you don't have the same, we are also willing to accept .pdf, .eps, and .tif files. Another piece of note out here. While submitting the files in these very formats, make sure that you pass on the files to us in the resolution set to 300 dpi or better. If we receive files lower than 300 dpi, we cannot guarantee you the print quality

Q: What do you correctly mean when you say that your material is USP grade?
A: The acronym USP stands for United States Pharmacopeia (USP), which is an official public standards-setting authority for all prescription and over-the-counter medicines, dietary supplements. The authority also plays an indispensable role in conducting verification programs for dietary supplement ingredients and products. Q: I don't have enough space to store the bottles. I would therefore urge you to store the bottles for me, and ship them to me, when required.
A: Yes, we can store the bottled in our warehouse, and ship you when you desire. You can search for the Fee and additional information in our fulfillment section. However, you need to give us time to ship the products to your country. You also have to bear the costing involved in the shipping.
